 Just a 5-minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the Rodney Bay area is a property located in Cap Estate, snug between the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. This property is steps away from St. Lucia’s most famous Golf Club- the island’s only eighteen-hole course. It is a 5-minute drive to Rodney Bay and the Marina with its restaurants and bars, shopping malls, medical clinics, casinos, beaches and other great amenities. In total, there are 3 apartments for short-term rental on the premises.  

This property has ample parking and offers three apartments for short- term rental. One is a one-bedroom, one bath. Another is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom and the last is a two-bedroom one bathroom. They all come fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.  

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, blender, and other appliances. There are lots of cupboard and counter space as well as windows which bring in natural light. There is a 4-seater dining table and a cozy living area to one side of the room. The high ceilings and open rafters flow throughout the rooms and make it appear bigger.  

Each apartment has air-conditioned bedrooms with ample closet space and a private plunge pool with a beautiful sea view. There is a public swimming pool as well.
